Sales Representative - Ohio Territory (Chardon, OH Office)

DBC Remodeling & Construction is GROWING, and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED in-home sales professional to RUN self-generated and company-provided leads and CLOSE sales in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair field. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments).

THIS IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE $80,000-$100,000+ PER YEAR.

 

The ideal candidate will have in-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries. You MUST have verifiable and STABLE sales experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus. You must also be comfortable with a 100% commission based income.

 

Success Determined by:

· 100% responsible for achievement of individual monthly sales quotas included ADL conversion rates.

· 100% responsible for mastery of sales processes including providing accurate pricing 95% time on quotes.

· Achieving 95% accuracy information into company CRM and bonus documents with 24-hour turnaround time.

· Team player with willingness to contribute towards group learning with special tasks and projects.

 

Essential Job Functions:

· Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to accomplish sales in a manner that benefits both DBC and their customers.

· Work in conjunction with DBC’s Project Managers to ensure that what is being sold to a customer can be accomplished.

· Evening and weekend availability may be required.

· Strive to meet the needs of each potential customer using a solution of products offered by DBC. Seek creative solutions to customers’ problems without compromising the standards of DBC and its products.

· Create a timely quote for each potential customer. Review quotes in person as often as possible.

· Conduct contract signings using the DBC provided forms.

· Conduct pre-construction/measure meetings in the customers home with the project manager assigned to the job.

· Be present at final walkthroughs in the customers’ home at the completion of a job for upsell and referral opportunity.

· Seek opportunities to keep yourself in front of your customers to potentially offer future contracted work.

Tools Necessary to Complete Job:

· A smartphone that has space for any job required apps

· Valid driver’s license

· Reliable transportation to get oneself to and from appointments

 

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to go up and down any type of staircase (basement, exterior, or interior stairs)

· Ability to enter a crawl space, if needed

· Ability to climb a ladder, if needed

 

Dress code:

· Business Casual

 

Benefits:

· Pay is bi-weekly, paid at regular intervals

· Paid time off: 40 hours annually, after 60-day probationary period at rate of $20 per hour

· Holiday pay: Ten (10) paid holidays at rate of $20 per hour

· Birthday week: One (1) additional paid vacation day at rate of $20 per hour

· Optional participation in Employer’s health, vision, and dental plans after 60 days

· Eligibility to participate in Employer’s 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match after 6 months

· Cell Phone stipend and company laptop

· Paid company training and expenses

· Reimbursement of mileage on personal vehicle/possible use of company vehicle

· This position does require the ability to pass a background check and drug screening

· Training that requires overnight travel will be paid at a rate of $20/hour

· Estimator Hours:

· Monday to Saturday flexible hours, depending on appointments

 

Pay:

· Paid training period

· Commission Pay plus bonus potential at the end of the training period

 

The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player.
