Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience performing in home sales and group presentations. A background in kitchen design, installation, finish carpentry, or related fields is also highly valued. This role requires the ability to represent DBC Remodeling with professionalism and courtesy, consistently upholding our core values in interactions with customers, employees, and subcontractors. In general, most time will be spent in customers’ homes or at a home office. Regular training is required for this position and training dates and times are determined by the Sales Manager. Occasional out-of-town and/or overnight travel for training may be required.
Success Determined by:
· 100% responsible for achievement of individual monthly sales quotas included ADL conversion rates.
· 100% responsible for mastery of sales processes including providing accurate pricing 95% time on quotes.
· Acheiving 95% accuracy information into company CRM and bonus documents with 24 hour turnaround time.
· Team player with willingness to contribute towards group learning with special tasks and projects.
Essential Job Functions:
· Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to accomplish sales in a manner that benefits both DBC and their customers.
· Work in conjunction with DBC’s Project Managers to ensure that what is being sold to a customer can be accomplished.
· Evening and weekend availability may be required.
· Strive to meet the needs of each potential customer using a solution of products offered by DBC. Seek creative solutions to customers’ problems without compromising the standards of DBC and its products.
· Create a timely quote for each potential customer. Review quotes in person as often as possible.
· Conduct contract signings using the DBC provided forms.
· Conduct pre-construction/measure meetings in the customers home with the project manager assigned to the job.
· Be present at final walkthroughs in the customers’ home at the completion of a job for upsell and referral opportunity.
· Seek opportunities to keep yourself in front of your customers to potentially offer future contracted work.

· Ability to go up and down any type of staircase (basement, exterior, or interior stairs)
· Ability to enter a crawl space, if needed
· Ability to climb a ladder, if needed

Education and Experience:
· 3+ years of kitchen remodeling/cabinetry sales experience or related experience

· This position does require the ability to pass a background check and drug screening
· Training that requires overnight travel will be paid at a rate of $20/hour
· Estimator Hours:
· Monday to Saturday flexible hours, depending on appointments
