Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in rough and/or finished carpentry. Framing experience preferred.
• Proficiency: Skilled with construction hand and power tools and equipment
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to treat colleagues, clients, and subcontractors with respect
• Professionalism: Strong commitment to honesty and ethical conduct
• Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and develop within the company
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted, work on heights, and handle outdoor conditions as required

Additional Requirements

• Reliable Transportation: Necessary for job site access
• Valid Driver's License
• Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• deck framing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
