This Fairview home had an existing deck and stone foundation — so we built a brand-new custom sunroom right on top of it!

• Repaired the joists & rot

• Installed moisture barrier + foam board insulation

• Added new AdvanTech subfloor + LVP flooring

• Built a board-and-batten style wall system
