Multi-Room Renovation Tour for a Repeat Customer

This North East, PA home originally had a boxed-in, pass-through kitchen that made entertaining difficult. With limited openings and closed-off walls, it wasn’t ideal for hosting friends and family — even though the homeowners loved to entertain.

In this project, we removed walls, rerouted ductwork and wiring, and carefully patched and feathered the ceiling to create a more open, connected space. The result is a beautiful kitchen designed for conversation and gathering, complete with a bar counter and seating that’s perfect for entertaining — while also giving the space a clean, updated look.

In addition to the kitchen remodel, we also updated a dated 1990s bathroom. The new design features a double-sink vanity for shared use, a full-height tiled shower with built-in niches, a sleek corner bench, durable LVP flooring that’s water-resistant and warmer underfoot, and a stunning tile backsplash to finish the space.

This project is a great example of how thoughtful design and layout changes can dramatically improve how a home functions — and why repeat clients continue to trust us with their remodels.
