Basement Finishing - Basement Storage, Moisture, and Air Solutions

This basement laundry space needed to be more functional and more comfortable year-round. We enclosed the laundry room and installed a SaniDry dehumidification system to control moisture and air quality throughout the basement.

We also incorporated a pantry into the same space using standard shelving — stained and clear-coated to create a beautiful, organized storage solution. To finish it off, we installed an Aspen Air Cleaner to continuously purify the air with minimal maintenance.
