DBC Remodeling & Construction Before & After Photos

Our clients desired to reconfigure their bathroom in a way that was more functional, aesthetically pleasing, and flowed with other spaces DBC had already transformed.

DBC reconfigured their bathroom to provide ample space for a beautiful walk-in shower, window seating and storage in place of an unused jacuzzi, and double vanities and cabinetry for added storage.

This customer's old sunroom collapsed under the weight of snow in 2024. In 2025, DBC was happy to design a new custom sunroom for them using their existing foundation (which was still in great shape). Now they have a beautiful 3 season Betterliving sunroom that will withstand Girard winters!

Clients Lori and Richard wanted to update the kitchen of their lakefront home. DBC was able to come up with a design to move several walls allowing the space to open up and create a natural flow thru the home. These changes increased the natural light coming in the kitchen and allowed the client to achieve their goal of seeing thru adjoining rooms to their lakefront view.  

The new kitchen features a gorgeous high contrast color scheme that draws the eye to the beautiful tile floors and partial island. Under-cabinet lighting highlights the modern backsplash and clean, crisp cabinetry.
